Article 11 Committal

Order 29 rule 1 shall be amended by adding after paragraph (7) the following new paragraph—

“(8)

Where service of a notice to show cause is dispensed with under paragraph (7) and a committal order is made, the judge may of his own motion fix a date and time when the person to be committed is to be brought before him or before the court.”.
