# The County Court (Amendment) Rules 1988, Article 13: Landlord and Tenant Acts 1985 and 1987


Order 43 shall be amended by substituting for the title the words “THE LANDLORD AND TENANT ACTS 1927, 1954, 1985 and 1987”.
