Article 2 Request for time for payment

Order 9, rule 2 shall be amended by inserting after paragraph 3 the following new paragraph—

“(4)

A request for time for payment under this Order means a request containing a proposal as to the date of payment or, if it is proposed to pay by instalments, the frequency and amount of the instalments.”.
