# The County Court (Amendment) Rules 1988, Article 9: Oral examination proceedings


Order 25, rule 3 shall be amended by substituting for paragraph (5) the following paragraph—
“(5) Nothing in Order 29, rule 1(2) to (7) shall apply to an order made under paragraph (4), but Order 27, rule 8 shall apply, with the necessary modifications, as it applies to orders made under section 23(1) of the Attachment of Earnings Act 1971, except that for the period of 5 days specified in paragraph (1) thereof there shall be substituted a period of 10 days.”.
