  "text": "Order 24, rule 2 shall be amended as follows–\n(1) rule 2 shall become paragraph (1) of rule 2;\n(2) the following paragraph shall be added after the new paragraph (1)–\n“(2) Where the applicant considers that service in accordance with rule 3(2)(b) may be necessary, he shall provide, together with the originating application, sufficient stakes and sealable transparent envelopes for such service.”.",
