Article 13 Bankruptcy or winding up of debtor

In Order 26, rule 8 there shall be substituted for the words “section 346(3) and (4) of the Insolvency Act 1986^f1 or section 326(2) of the Companies Act 1948^f2” the words “any provision of the Insolvency Act 1986 or any other enactment relating to insolvency”.
