  "text": "Order 31, rule 1 shall be amended as follows–\n(1) in paragraph (6) for the words “by the proper officer” there shall be substituted the words “by the judgment creditor”.\n(2) in paragraph (7) for the words “by the proper officer” there shall be substituted the words “by the judgment creditor”.\n(3) the following paragraph shall be added after paragraph (8)–\n“(9) Upon further consideration of the matter service required under paragraph (6) or (7) shall be proved by affidavit.”.",
