# The County Court (Amendment) Rules 1989, Article 15: Costs


In Order 38, rule 17(1) after the words “by a solicitor on his behalf” there shall be added the words “together with any payments reasonably made by him for legal advice relating to the conduct of or the issues raised by the proceedings,”.
