# The County Court (Amendment) Rules 1989, Article 2: Mortgage action


In Order 6, rule 5(1)(d) there shall be substituted for the words “within the meaning of Part IV of the Administration of Justice Act 1970” the words “within the meaning of section 21 of the Act”.
