  "text": "Order 15 shall be amended as follows–\n(1) in rule 2(1) the words “in which a return day has been fixed or a defence has been filed,” shall be omitted;\n(2) the following paragraph shall be added after rule 2(3)–\n“(4) Where the plaintiff amends any pleading under paragraph (1)(a) he shall not apply for judgment under Order 9, rule 6 until 14 days after service of the amendment on the defendant.”.",
