Article 8 Transfer from High Court

Order 16, rule 6(1) shall be amended as follows–

(1)

after the words “as the case may be,” there shall be added the words “shall either refer them to the registrar for directions or”;

(2)

in the phrase “and shall fix a day for the hearing of the proceedings or issue” the word “shall” shall be omitted.
