  "text": "Appendix B, Part I, paragraph 4 shall be amended by substituting, for the Tables of Fixed Costs, the following Tables\n“TABLES OF FIXED COSTS\nTABLE I\nWhere claim exceeds £25 but does not exceed £250\nAmount of charges\n£\n(a) Where service is not by solicitor\n22.50\n(b) Where service is by solicitor\n25.25\nTABLE II\nWhere claim exceeds £250 but does not exceed £600\nAmount of charges\n£\n(a) Where service is not by solicitor\n30.00\n(b) Where service is by solicitor\n35 50\nTABLE III\nWhere ciaim exceeds £600 but does not exceed £2,000\nAmount of charges\n£\n(a) Where service is not by solicitor\n50.50\n(b) Where service is by solicitor\n56.00\nTABLE IV\nWhere claim exceeds £2,000\nAmount of charges\n£\n(a) Where service is not by solicitor\n55.00\n(b) Where service is by solicitor\n60.00\n7 Appendix B, Part II shall be amended by substituting, for the entries in column 2, corresponding to the lettered paragraphs in column 1, the following –\n“\n(a)\n8.00\n15.00\n16.50\n(b)\n14.00\n29.50\n34.50\n(c)\n19.00\n37.50\n44.50\n(d)\n28.00\n41.75\n52.00\n(e)\n65.00\n74.00\n”.\n8 Appendix B, Part III shall be amended by substituting, for paragraphs (a) and (b) of item 7 and for the amounts to be allowed corresponding to the numbered items, the following –\n“\nAmount be allowed\n1\n9.00\n2\n9.00\n3\n1.60\n4\n6.00\n5\n18.25\n6\n6.00\n7 (a) where the money recovered is less than £65.00\none half of the amount recovered\n(b) where the money recovered is not less than £65.00\n34.00\n8.\n52.00\n9\n5.75\n”.\n9 Appendix C, paragraph 2 shall be amended by substituting, for the Table, the following –\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nScale\nAmount of charges\nLower Scale\n42.00 – 65.00\nScale 1\n46.50 – 118.00\nScale 2\n73.00 – 443.00\nScale 3\n106.00 – 534.00\n”.",
