  "text": "For Order 48, rule 9, there shall be substituted the following—\n“Transfer to High Court\n9 An order transferring an application under section 1 of the Act of 1975 to the High Court shall state whether it is desired that the proceedings be assigned to the Chancery Division or to the Family Division of the High Court.”.\nWe, the undersigned members of the Rule Committee appointed by the Lord Chancellor under section 75 of the County Courts Act 1984, having by virtue of the powers vested in us in that behalf made the foregoing Rules, do hereby certify the same under our hands and submit them to the Lord Chancellor accordingly.",
