Article 3 Costs

After Order 38, rule 1(4), there shall be inserted the following new paragraph—

“(5)

For the purpose of applying RSC Order 62, rule 5(1) to costs of and incidental to proceedings in a county court, the following words in the said rule 5(1) shall be omitted: “and, for the purposes of section 17 of the Judgments Act 1838^f1, the order shall be deemed to have been entered up”.”.
