# The County Court (Amendment) Rules 1992, Article 5: Costs


Order 38, rule 14(1) shall be amended by substituting, for the figures “£28.00”, “£55.00” and “£109.00” wherever they appear in the Table, the figures “£29.00”, “£57.00” and “£112.50” respectively.
