Article 5
Order 25, rule 3(1)f1 shall be amended—
(a)
by substituting, for the words “the appropriate court”, the words “the proper officer of the appropriate court”, and
(b)
by substituting, for the words “the registrar or such other officer of the court not below the rank of higher executive officer as the court may appoint”, the words “the proper officer”.
