  "text": "After rule 1 of Order 11, there shall be inserted the following—\n“(1A) Where a payment under paragraph (1) is made to which the Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) Act 1997 applies, the defendant shall state the gross amount of the compensation, the name and amount of any benefit by which the gross amount is reduced in accordance with section 8 of and Schedule 2 to the 1997 Act, and the net sum paid into court.”.",
