# The County Court (Amendment) Rules 1998, Article 6: Vehicle Emissions


In the Arrangement of Orders, there shall be inserted after the entry for Order 48C—
“48D Enforcement of Fixed Penalties under the Road Traffic (Vehicle Emissions) (Fixed Penalty) Regulations 1997”.
