# County Court (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 1997, Article 3: Powers of judge where no certificate of readiness is served within time allowed


In Order 8, Rule 3(2) after the words “as he considers appropriate” insert the words “including, in particular, an order that the proceedings be stayed or dismissed.”.
