  "text": "The Arrangement of Rules at the beginning of the principal Rules shall be amended as follows –\n(a) in the entry for Order 26, for the words “Arbitration under Article 30” there shall be substituted the words “Small Claims”; and\n(b) in the entry for Order 58 for the word “Interpretation” there shall be substituted the words “Overriding objective, interpretation”.",
