# The County Court (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2006, Article 6: Amendment to the County Court Rules (Northern Ireland) 1981


In Order 45 (Funds in Court) for rules 2 (Investment) and 3 (Interpretation), substitute the new rules set out in Schedule 1 to these Rules.
