  "text": "In Order 40 of the County Court Rules (Northern Ireland) 1981, after rule 22, insert:—\n“PART VII\nRECOVERY OF SUMS PAYABLE UNDER COMPROMISES UNDER THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1996 AND THE FAIR EMPLOYMENT AND TREATMENT (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1998\nConciliation: recovery of sums payable under compromises\n23. (1) An application under Article 21A(4) of the Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 or under Article 88A(4) of the Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 shall be made not later than 14 days from the date of issue of the certificate stating that a compromise has been reached.\n(2) An application under Article 21A(4) of the Industrial Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 or under Article 88A(4) of the Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 is pending for the purposes of paragraph (7) of those articles from the date on which it is lodged with the court until the date upon which final judgment on the application has been entered.”.",
