# The County Court (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2016, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


These Rules may be cited as the County Court (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2016 and shall come into operation on the same day as section 1 of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2015.
