# The County Court (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2019, Article 4: Saving and transitional provisions


In relation to a mediation to which the Cross-Border Mediation Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 applied before exit day, Order 40 continues to apply on and after exit day as if the amendments made by these Rules had not been made.
