  "text": "Article 2 of the County Court Appeals Order 1991shall be amended as follows:\n(a) for paragraph (2)(a), there shall be substituted the following—\n“(a) in proceedings to which paragraph (3) applies, the value of the claim or the counterclaim, according to which is the subject of the appeal;”;\n(b) after paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the following new paragraph—\n“(2A) Where a party wishes to appeal against two or more parts of the determination in question, and leave to appeal would be required in respect of any of those parts, leave to appeal shall be required for the whole of the appeal.”.",
