  "text": "COUNTY COURTS, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 16th March 2000\nLaid before Parliament 4th April 2000\nComing into force\nfor the purposes of articles 3, 4 7(a), 8 and 9 2nd May 2000\nfor all other purposes 25th April 2000\nThe Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 128 of the County Courts Act 1984 and section 128 of the Finance Act 1990, with the concurrence of the Treasury under section 128(1) of the County Courts Act 1984, makes the following Order:",
