  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the County Court Fees Order 1999 as follows:\nfee 2.1 (allocation fee) for money claims not exceeding £1,000 is no longer payable;\nfees 2.1 and 2.2 (allocation fee and listing fee) are no longer payable when a Group Litigation Order is made;\nfee 2.3 (appeals) is restructured to take account of the new rules on appeals contained in the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2000;\nfee 3.2 (detailed assessment hearing) is increased from £120 to £150;\nfee 6 (copy documents) is reduced so that the fee is £1 for the first page (unless supplied at the time of copying) of the first document and 20p per page for other pages (the old fee was £1 per page for the first five pages and 25p for subsequent pages); and\na new fee for a request for cancellation for entry in the Register of County Court Judgments is introduced (fee 7.1).\nIn addition the fees for commencing proceedings to recover a sum of money (fees 1.1 and 1.2) are increased as follows:\nNumber of fee\nAmount of old fee\nAmount of new fee\nFee 1.1 & 1.2. Money claim\n(a) not exceeding £200\n£20 (£15 CPC)\n£27 (£20 CPC)\n(b) exceeds £200 but not £300\n£30 (£25 CPC)\n£38 (£31 CPC)\n(c) exceeds £300 but not £400\n£40 (£35 CPC)\n£50 (£43 CPC)\n(d) exceeds £400 but not £500\n£50 (£45 CPC)\n£60 (£53 CPC)\n(e) exceeds £500 but not £1,000\n£70 (£65 CPC)\n£80 (£73 CPC)\n(f) exceeds £1,000 but not £5,000\n£100 (£95 CPC)\n£115 (£108 CPC)\n(g) exceeds £5,000 but not £15,000\n£200 (£195 CPC)\n£230 (£223 CPC)\n(h) exceeds £15,000 but not £50,000\n£300 (£295 CPC)\n£350 (£343 CPC)\n(i) exceeds £50,000 or not limited\n£400 (£395 CPC)\n£500 (£493 CPC)",
