Section 9 Amendments to the 1999 Fees Order

In column 1 in fee 2.5 after the note “Fee 2.5 shall not be payable on an application made under paragraph 8(3) of Schedule 6 to the Road Traffic Act 1991.” there shall be added the following note—

“Fees 2.4 and 2.5

Fees 2.4 and 2.5 shall not be payable when an application is made in an appeal notice or is filed at the same time as an appeal notice.”
