  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the County Court Fees Order 1999 by specifying a fee for commencement of costs-only proceedings. Costs-only proceedings are permitted by rule 44.12A of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 which is inserted into the Civil Procedure Rules by the Civil Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2000.\nIn addition fee 2.6 (witness summons) is extended to cover applications for deposition orders.",
