# The County Court Fees (Amendment) Order 1988, Article 3


After Fee 1(iii) in the said Schedule there shall be inserted, in column 1, the words“(iv) On an application for the registration of a custody order in another part of the United Kingdom” and, in column 2, the words“£10”.
