  "text": "For columns 1 and 2 in Fee 1(i) there shall be substituted the following—\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\n(No. and description of fee)\n(Amount of fee)\n(i) On entering a plaint for the recovery of a sum of money or the delivery of goods\nWhere the sum claimed or the value of the goods—\ndoes not exceed £500\n10p for every £1 or part thereof claimed Minimum fee £10\nexceeds £500 but does not exceed £1000\n£60\nexceeds £1000 but does not exceed £5000\n£65\nexceeds £5000\n£70",
