  "text": "For columns 1 and 2 in Fee 1(i) there shall be substituted the following–\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\n(No. and description of fee)\n(Amount of fee)\n(i) (a) On entering a plaint for the recovery of a sum of money or the delivery of goods, except in summons production centre cases.\nWhere the sum claimed or the value of the goods–\ndoes not exceed £600\n10p for every £1 or part thereof claimed\nMinimum fee £10\nexceeds £600 but does not exceed £1000\n£65\nexceeds £1000 but does not exceed £5000\n£70\nexceeds £5000 or is not limited to a particular amount\n£80\n(b) On entering a plaint in the summons production centre.\n10p for every £1 or part thereof claimed\nMinimum fee £10\nMaximum fee £60",
