  "text": "For Fee No. 1 there shall be substituted the following:—\n“\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nColumn 3\n(No. and description of fee)\n(Amount of fee)\n(Method of charging fee)\n1 COMMENCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS\n1 On delivery of a counterclaim the same fee shall be payable as if the remedy or relief sought were the subject of separate proceedings.\n(i) On entering a plaint for a sum of money, except in summons production centre cases.\nWhere the sum of money claimed—\ndoes not exceed £100\n£10\nexceeds £100 but does not exceed £200\n£20\nexceeds £200 but does not exceed £300\n£30\nexceeds £300 but does not exceed £400\n£40\nexceeds £400 but does not exceed £500\n£50\nexceeds £500 but does not exceed £600\n£60\nexceeds £600 but does not exceed £1,000\n£60\nexceeds £1,000 but does not exceed £5,000\n£80\nexceeds £5,000 but does not exceed £10,000\n£100\nexceeds £10,000 but does not exceed £50,000\n£150\nexceeds £50,000 but does not exceed £100,000\n£300\nexceeds £100,000\n£500\n(ii) On entering a plaint for a sum of money in summons production centre cases.\nWhere the sum of money claimed—\ndoes not exceed £100\n£10\nexceeds £100 but does not exceed £200\n£15\nexceeds £200 but does not exceed £300\n£25\nexceeds £300 but does not exceed £400\n£35\nexceeds £400 but does not exceed £500\n£45\nexceeds £500 but does not exceed £600\n£55\nexceeds £600 but does not exceed £1000\n£55\nexceeds £1000 but does not exceed £5000\n£65\nexceeds £5000\n£75\n(iii) For the commencement of proceedings for any other remedy or relief, other than where Fee No. 9 applies, whether by plaint, originating application, notice of application, petition, appeal or otherwise\n£80\n(iv) For the issue of any amended, second or subsequent summons or originating document, except in summons production centre cases\n£10\n(v) For the issue of a third party notice under Order 112, Rule 1\n£50\n”",
