# The County Court Fees (Amendment) Order 2000, Article 3: Amendments to the 1999 Fees Order


In article 2, after paragraph (e) the following new paragraphs (f) and (g) shall be added–
“(f) “LSC” means the Legal Services Commission established under section 1 of the Access to Justice Act 1999;
(g) “Funding Code” means the code approved under section 9 of the Access to Justice Act 1999.”.
