Coming into force
for the purposes of articles 4 and 5 25th March 2002
for all other purposes 1st March 2002
The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 128 of the County Courts Act 1984, with the concurrence of the Treasury under section 128(1) of the County Courts Act 1984, makes the following Order:
