  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules complement the changes to the possession procedure which are introduced by the County Court (Amendment No. 3) Rules 1993 (S.I. 1993/2175) by amending the County Court (Forms) Rules 1982 so as to substitute new forms for the possession summons and for possession orders. Particulars of claim, with reply forms for the tenant, are prescribed for use in cases involving residential property. These rules also prescribe forms for the accelerated possession procedure introduced by the Amendment No. 3 Rules for property let under certain assured and assured shorthold tenancies.",
