# The County Court (Forms) (Amendment No. 4) Rules 1995, Article 2


In the notes on the back of Forms N1 and N1(SPC), for the words “I want to make a claim against the plaintiff (counterclaim)”, there shall be substituted the words “If you want to make a claim against the plaintiff (counterclaim)”.
