  "text": "These Rules amend the County Court (Forms) Rules 1982 so as—\n(a) to amend the form of request for entry of judgment in a default action (Rule 2);\n(b) to provide new certificates of service in a number of forms (Rules 3 to 8);\n(c) to substitute new forms of admission, defence and counterclaim and of reply to an application for attachment of earnings order (Rule 9);\n(d) to substitute a new form of request for an administration order (Rule 10).",
