  "long_title": "These Rules amend the County Court (Forms) Rules 1982 so as—(a) to give effect to those provisions of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 which are to come into operation on 19th May 1985 (Rules 2, 5 to 10, 12 and 16);(b) to effect some minor corrections and miscellaneous amendments (Rules 3, 4 and 13 to 15);(c) to indicate the new administrative arrangements for dealing with “foreign” warrants (Rule 11).",
