Form N47 shall be amended as follows.

(1)

In the title for the words from “UNDER SECTION” to “1938)” there shall be substituted the words “UNDER SECTION 133(1)(i) OF THE CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974 SUSPENDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH A TIME ORDER”.

(2)

In the second paragraph of the form for the words from “postponed” to “be paid” there shall be substituted the words “suspended on condition that the unpaid balance of the total price then amounting to £ and the [debt/damages and] costs be paid”.

(3)

The third paragraph of the form shall be omitted.

(4)

In the fifth paragraph of the form for the words “hire-purchase price” there shall be substituted the words “total price”.
