Form N10(HP) shall be amended by substituting, for the words in the title from “N4” to “SEC.12)”, the words “N4 (CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974, SECTION 133)” and by substituting, for the words in question 3 on page 1 “the court to consider whether to make an instalment order”, the words “to apply for a time order allowing you to pay what you owe by instalments”.
