# The County Court (Forms) (Amendment) Rules 1985, Article 5


Form N32(1) shall be amended by substituting—
(a) for the words in the title from “PARAGRAPH (a)” to “1938)”, the words “SECTION 133(1)(i) OF THE CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974”; and
(b) for the words in the body of the form “hire-purchase agreement”, the words “regulated hire-purchase agreement [or regulated conditional sale agreement]”.
