# The County Court (Forms) (Amendment) Rules 1985, Article 9


Form N32(5) shall be amended by substituting—
(a) in the title for the words from “UNDER SECTION” to “1964)”, the words “UNDER SECTION 133(6) OF THE CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974”; and
(b) in the body of the form for the words “the price”, the words “the total price”.
