These Rules amend the County Court (Forms) Rules 1982 so as—

  • (a) to give effect to those provisions of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 which are to come into operation on 19th May 1985 (Rules 2, 5 to 10, 12 and 16);

  • (b) to effect some minor corrections and miscellaneous amendments (Rules 3, 4 and 13 to 15);

  • (c) to indicate the new administrative arrangements for dealing with “foreign” warrants (Rule 11).
