  "text": "These Rules contain pre-commencement amendments to the County Court (Forms) Rules 1982 which come into force on 1st September 1982. The new form in the Schedule is a form of arrest order under section 144 (2A) of the County Courts Act 1959 and section 23 (1A) of the Attachment of Earnings Act 1971 (c.32). The amendments will come into force on the same day as the main instrument.",
