# The County Court (Forms)(Amendment) Rules 1993, Article 2


In—
(a) section 2(e) of form N.9,
(b) section 7 of form N.9A,
(c) section 7 of form N.9A(SPC),
(d) section 2(e) of form N.10 (HP/CCA) and
(e) section 6 of form N.56
for the words “Community charge” there shall be substituted the words “Council tax”.
