  "text": "(1) Section 148(1) and Schedule 2 extend to Scotland so far as they amend enactments extending to Scotland.\n(2) Section 148(1) and Schedule 2 extend to Northern Ireland so far as they amend enactments extending to Northern Ireland.\n(3) Subject to subsections (1) and (2), this Act extends to England and Wales only.",
