  "text": "(1) An affidavit to be used in the county court may be sworn before—\n(a) a judge of the county court; or\n(b) any justice of the peace; or\n(c) an officer of the county court appointed by a judge of the county court for the purpose,\nas well as before a commissioner for oaths or any other personauthorised to take affidavits under the Commissioners for Oaths Acts 1889 and 1891 . . . .\n(2) An affidavit sworn before any such judge or officer may be sworn without the payment of any fee.",
