# The County Courts (Administration Order Jurisdiction) Order 1981, Note: Explanatory note


This Order increases the jurisdiction of county courts to make administration orders by raising from £2,000 to £5,000 the limit on the total indebtedness of a debtor in respect of whom an order may be made.
