# The County Courts (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, Article 1: Title and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the County Courts (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.
(2) This Order shall come into operation on such day or days as the Lord Chancellor may by order appoint.
